Approval of the type of repair work
At this stage, you and I determine the top-level repair budget and your expectations. We determine the type of repair: economy, business, VIP.
Preparation of a design project and estimates
We will prepare a design project for your apartment and an estimate of the work. Also, the project will contain an estimate for the furniture presented on the mock-ups. At this stage, the final cost of work and terms are being agreed.
Repair work
Repair work is carried out by qualified teams within the agreed time frame. We send you a weekly photo report on the work performed.
Installation of built-in furniture, air conditioners and lighting elements
After the completion of the main repairs, we install all the built-in furniture (kitchen set, storage systems), install the air conditioning system and complete other electrical work.
At your request, we take care of the purchase of all furniture and appliances, their delivery and assembly. We will prepare your apartment for comfortable living or renting out on AirBnB.
